7th battalion cop dies in road accident in Nizamabad

A resident of Garjanapalli, Kalyan Naik serves as a constable in the TSSP 7th Battalion, Dichpalli. He was involved in an accident when a speeding lorry crashed into his bike while he was on his way home after completing his duties.

Nizamabad: A police constable, Azmira Kalyan Naik (29) died in a road accident that took place on Wednesday night.

A resident of Garjanapalli, Kalyan Naik is working as a constable in TSSP 7th battalion, Dichpalli. He met with an accident when a speeding lorry rammed into his bike while he was returning home after completion of duties.


He died on the spot. Knowing about the incident, police rushed the spot and began investigation by registering the case.

He was survived by wife Sushma, daughter Ahiyuktha, son Abhishek and parents Bharathi and Pandari Naik.
