Veer: A Journey from Law to Acting
Before stepping into the world of cinema, Veer had a diverse background. “I pursued a degree in Law from Delhi Law School, which laid the foundation for my passion for justice and storytelling,” he shares. After completing his education, Veer moved to the United States, where he ventured into business and gained invaluable experience.

Driven by a deep connection to his roots, Veer returned to India to pursue his passion.
“While I continued my business endeavors, my love for law and acting never wavered. Legally Veer represents the perfect blend of my journey, a culmination of my passion for the legal world and storytelling,” he adds.
Thanuja Puttaswamy: From Kannada Anchor to Telugu Icon
Thanuja, a native of Karnataka, began her career as an anchor for a local channel in Bangalore. Her big break came when she was offered a role in a Kannada movie. From there, she went on to star in the hugely successful television series Muddamandaram, which ran for six years and earned her a special place in the hearts of Telugu audiences.

Reflecting on her journey, Thanuja says, “I’m a simple girl with a straightforward mentality. Acting was always my passion, and I’m proud to have made my way here. Playing Vaidehi in Legally Veer was a challenge but also a beautiful experience.”

“Vaidehi’s simplicity and innocence were the essence of her character. It demanded a very subtle performance, which was beautifully guided by our director,” she shares.
Memorable Moments on Set
Veer fondly recalled shooting intense courtroom scenes.
“The energy during those scenes was incredible. Everyone on set could feel the emotions running high, which made the experience unforgettable,” he says.
Thanuja, on the other hand, laughed about her diet struggles.
“Whenever I decided to stick to a strict diet, I’d have an eating scene that day. It drove me crazy.”
Connecting with Co-Stars
The amity between the cast members made the journey even more enjoyable.
“From the beginning, there was mutual respect among the team, which made collaboration seamless. Each person brought unique strengths, making the experience dynamic and enriching,” Veer shares.
Thanuja adds, “Every journey teaches you something. Working with this team was an unforgettable experience that helped me grow as an actor and as a person.”
