Hyderabad: The Jr Daggubati, Abhiram, is currently busy with his debut flick, which is being directed by Teja. As per the news from the Filmanagar, the young scion of Suresh Productions will act in the remake of Tamil hit flick ‘Maanaadu’. The Simbu-starrer is one of the acclaimed films in the year 2021. Directed by Venkat Prabha, the film went on to win the hearts of audiences as well as bringing good collections at the box office.
Following its success in Tamil Nadu, producer Suresh Babu bought the rights of the movie to remake it in Telugu. Initially, it was rumoured that Rana will be featured in the Telugu remake of ‘Maanaadu’, but the plan seems to have been changed as his younger brother Abhiram Daggubati will now play the protagonist in the film.
It is learnt that Suresh Babu is searching for a suitable filmmaker to launch the film in Telugu. An official announcement on the cast and crew is expected from the production house.
