ACB arrests lineman red-handed for Rs 15,000 bribe in Nagarkurnool district

Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau officials caught a lineman of TGSPDCL, working at Nagarkurnool district red handed when he demanded and accepted a bribe of Rs 15,000.
The lineman, Thota Nagendra, working at Machinonipally village, Vangoor mandal of Nagarkurnool district, had demanded a bribe of Rs 15,000 from a man to install a transformer in his agricultural field. On a complaint, the ACB laid a trap and caught the lineman when he accepted the bribe on Tuesday. The amount recovered from him.
A case is registered and Nagendra is arrested. He was being produced before the ACB Court at Hyderabad.
