Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials caught G Srinivas, an outsourcing employee at the office of the Chairman, Telangana Commission for Backward Classes in Khairatabad, on charges of demanding and accepting bribe on Friday. The bribe amount of Rs 1 lakh was seized from him.

Srinivas allegedly demanded bribe from the complainant for processing a file related to his caste. The complainant had after requests promised to give Rs 1 lakh as bribe.


The arrested employee was produced before the special court for ACB cases for remanding in judicial custody.
