Action plans to make Hyderabad ‘Accident Free City’
In a review meeting held by Hyderabad CP with traffic cops, officials discussed in length and chalked out a plan of action to achieve eight goals in 2021 with an aim to make Hyderabad an “Accident Free City"

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar on Saturday held a traffic review with all the officers of the traffic branch.
In the meeting, which was attended by Anil Kumar, Additional Commissioner of Police, Traffic, officials discussed in length and chalked out a plan of action to achieve eight goals in 2021 with an aim to make Hyderabad an “Accident Free City”.
Officials said the goals included reduction of pedestrian fatalities and other traffic-related issues like pollution reduction, road safety and commuter awareness programmes, special drive against life endangering traffic violations, increased wearing of helmets, curbing encroachments, reducing honking among others.LS Chowhan, DCP (Traffic) and other senior officers from the traffic branch were present.
