Lakshmi shared pics on Instagram and wrote, “Back at it. Got 2 this time at 111 Kings Tattoo Parlor by @kaylynryan_tattoo! The one on my shoulder is for My Apple when I miss her I can just kiss it and the little ♡ is because I always heart my dots.
