Adilabad: 11 cases booked against violators of poll model code
Adilabad police registered 11 Model Code of Conduct violation cases over two days, with most under Utnoor limits. A candidate was booked for holding a meeting without permission, while cash, mobile phones and motorbikes were seized from violators

Adilabad: Eleven cases were booked for violations of the election Model Code of Conduct in the district on Wednesday and Thursday.
Police said six cases were registered under the limits of Utnoor police stations, while two cases were booked in Narnoor mandal. Another case was registered against a candidate for organising a meeting at Dharmasagar village in Indervelli mandal. Police seized Rs 64,000 in cash, three mobile phones and two motorbikes from the violators.
Similarly, two cases were booked against winning candidates for conducting rallies without obtaining prior permission at Danthupalli and Navegaon villages in Utnoor mandal.
