Hyderabad: Fine spell by P. Aditya Reddy (five for 63) helped Andhra grab the vital first innings lead against Saurashtra in the Col. CK Nayudu Trophy (under-23) cricket championship league match in Rajkot on Tuesday.

For Saurashtra scored a fine century (162,25×4,5×6) in the first innings.


The scores: Andhra 488/9 decl in 137 overs drew with Saurashtra 256 in 54.2 overs (B.R. Singh 162, P. Aditya Reddy 5/63) & 53/1 in 12 overs.
