Hyderabad: Affine, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Engineering solutions company based in Bengaluru, is planning to hire 200 employees in Hyderabad this fiscal, and may further ramp it up by the end of 2022.

Hyderabad centre, the company’s third global development centre, will focus on deep-tech engineering services (cloud, AI and data) as well as solutions.

Manas Agrawal, CEO & co-founder, Affine, said the company will start a recruitment drive to hire professionals in the engineering and data analytics space. The company’s engineers in R&D will work on some of the most innovative products and solutions for customers worldwide, focusing on engineering as a horizontal skill and BFSI and manufacturing as vertical skills.

“We want to have 200 employees by March 2022. We will focus on Industry 4.0 as the city is seeing a lot of engineering and manufacturing activity. There will also be emphasis on BFSI,” he added.

According to Nasscom, Hyderabad is a manufacturing hub, which is bullish on Industry 4.0. The city has emerged as the go-to destination for all tech companies. Affine’s Industry 4.0 solution offerings include autonomous driving, automated defect detection, quality assurance, and quality control, among others.

Affine also recently unveiled DeepCamp, a first-of-its-kind Global Accelerator Program founded by a pure-play analytics company that gives hands-on assistance to startups looking to advance their algorithm, engineering design, and UI/UX.
