Hyderabad: After days of scorching afternoons, the city had a little relief on Sunday, as the temperature at various localities dropped by a couple of degrees. An average daytime temperature of 33 degree Celsius was recorded in the city with Secunderabad recording the highest maximum temperature of 34.6 degree Celsius.
According to the forecast by Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), the temperature in the city will gradually climb down over the next two days. It is expected that the maximum temperature in the city will range from 33 degree Celsius to 35 degree Celsius with the minimum temperature remaining between 18 degree Celsius to 20 degree Celsius for the next three days.
Meanwhile, various parts of Telangana are facing severe heat as the temperature climbs higher. Bhadradri Kothagudem recorded the highest maximum temperature of 38 degree Celsius, in the state on Friday, followed by 37.4 degree Celsius at Khammam. According to the forecast by TSDPS, the mercury might dip at a few places over the next two days.
