Hyderabad: For weeks now, film circles in Hyderabad have been curious about which movie would get the honour of opening Ravi Teja’s brand-new Asian Ravi Teja (ART) theatre. At first, there was talk that Hari Hara Veera Mallu might take that spot. But with that film already released, attention has quietly shifted to another biggie.

The wait seems to be over. It is confirmed that all six screens at the new complex are being readied for a single film, making it the very first title to light up the theatre on its opening day.

And it’s not just any film. It’s one of this year’s most discussed Telugu releases, ‘Kingdom,’ a slick action drama directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and headlined by Vijay Deverakonda. The combination of a new star-owned theatre and a hugely awaited film has already set fans talking.

This marks the debut run of ART, adding another landmark to the city’s entertainment map. After weeks of speculation, the stage is finally set for a grand start. BookMyShow has already opened bookings for the theatre.
