Hyderabad: National junior golfer Vivaan Pinnapureddy, who trains under Sanjay Kumar Singh, has been felicitated by Aga Khan Academy for securing crucial points in the IGU Order of Merit in national tournaments held in Chandigarh and Noida.

The eighth-standard student is currently ranked in the IGU Junior Ranking.

“Vivaan is the first golfer from Aga Khan Academy, which will continue to motivate many others to take up golf in Telangana. Recently, Vishesh Sharma’s winning the Golconda Masters was a very good example. We expect these golfers to do well in future,” Schmelz said.
