Air hostess from Jammu dies by suicide at Hyderabad home
A 30-year-old air hostess from Jammu died by suicide at her apartment in Rajendranagar on Tuesday. Police said she was found hanging by her friends. They are probing if stress from personal or professional issues led to the incident
Hyderabad: An air hostess employed with a leading airline died by suicide by hanging herself in her house at Rajendranagar on the city outskirts on Tuesday.
Jahnavi (30), who hailed from Jammu, was living alone in an apartment in Rajendranagar. According to preliminary information, she had a party with her friends on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, her colleagues and friends found her hanging in her room and immediately alerted the police.
The Rajendranagar police have registered a case and begun investigation to find out the exact cause of death. Officials are examining whether personal or professional stress may have led her to take the extreme step. Her family members have been informed.
