Airtel Hyderabad Marathon 2021 postponed
The marathon was scheduled to be held on August 29
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Airtel Marathon 2021, powered by the Hyderabad Runners, which was scheduled to be held on August 29, has been postponed for the present due to the second wave of Covid-19.
“The situation remains grim and sensitive,” Airtel Hyderabad Marathon race director said in a note to the members.
“We will closely monitor the developments and would be keen to organise the tenth edition of the Airtel Hyderabad Marathon in the latter part of the year, with appropriate safety norms, if the situation permits,” the statement further added.
Hyderabad Runners urged the people to remain active and maintain health and fitness, a release said.
