Ajith’s Vidaamuyarchi to stream on Netflix from this date

The film now is said to stream on Netflix, which holds its post-theatrical rights, from March 1. The film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

Hyderabad: The recently released Tamil film ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ starring ‘Thala’ Ajith Kumar and Trisha in lead roles turned out to be a disaster. The film which was released in February after being postponed was criticised by audiences due to its routine storyline and lack of gripping content.

The film now is said to stream on Netflix, which holds its post-theatrical rights, from March 1. The film will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. The film was produced by Lyca productions and Rockstar Anirudh Ravichander had composed music for the film.

On the work front, Ajith will be next seen in ‘Good Bad Ugly’ pairing opposite Trisha, again. The film is said to hit the theatres on April 10, 2025.

Besides film, Ajith was last seen participating and winning at the Dubai 24H 2025 racing competition. The actor was also awarded the Padma Bhushan for his contribution to the field of cinema.
