Akbaruddin Owaisi takes out roadshow in Hyderabad’s old city

Akbaruddin Owaisi along with local AIMIM legislator Jaffer Hussain Meraj and contestants of the GHMC elections participated in the procession

Hyderabad: A roadshow was organised by the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen in Nampally Assembly constituency on Thursday. AIMIM party floor leader and one of party’s star campaigners Akbaruddin Owaisi along with local AIMIM legislator Jaffer Hussain Meraj and contestants of the GHMC elections participated in the procession. The rally passed through AC Guards, Mallepally, Bazaar Guard, Vijaynagar Colony, Masab Tank, Mehdipatnam and other areas.

Thousands of party workers joined the procession from the starting point, and en route, Akbaruddin Owaisi interacted with the public from his vehicle and appealed to them to cast their votes in support of AIMIM on December 1.

The AIMIM leader apart from concentrating on Chandrayangutta constituency, where a keen contest between the party and BJP is expected in a few divisions including Lalithabagh,

Jangammet and Uppuguda, is also visiting other GHMC divisions with party cadre as part of the campaign. The party leadership is utilising him as the star campaigner and is much sought by the contestants to boost their winning prospects.
