Hyderabad: Akhil added 29 points while Anirudh scored 19 as KPHB defeated Supervek 89-69 in the first round robin matches of the Annual League Basketball Championship, conducted by the Hyderabad District Basketball Association, on Friday.
Also recording victories in the day were Trinity Basketball Club and Eagles. Trinity got the better of Airborne 60-50 while Eagles downed Sanathnagar PG 70-48.
