Akshay Kumar shares video to pay tribute to Indian soldiers

Hyderabad: As the country celebrates its 75th Independence Day on Sunday, wishing everyone on the special occasion, Akshay Kumar shared a special video – ‘Tum Aaoge’ – to pay tribute to Indian soldiers.
The video song shows the homecoming of some of the soldiers from different paramilitary forces. Akshay through his initiative ‘Bharat Ke Veer’ helped the soldiers give surprises to their family members residing in different parts of the country. “They come home… but many others don’t. We have to be their family. Do your bit for the martyrs. Support their families,” the message in the video reads.
Urging fans to support the families of martyrs, Akshay wrote on Twitter: “Today as we celebrate #IndependenceDay & salute those who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of our nation, let us extend our gratitude. Support their families. Be their family.”
