Madrid: Real Madrid have been knocked out of the third round of the Copa del Rey by third tier Alcoyano 2-1. Tuesday night’s defeat follows last week’s exit in the semi-finals of the Super Cup and means Real Madrid have once again failed in the knockout competition, reports Xinhua news agency.
