Hyderabad: Who is not aware of the importance of ‘All in One Books’? They are the easiest and effective way of preparing for exams. Here is another book with the same title. Only difference is that its content and subject is totally different. This one offers an all-in-one solution towards understanding the holy Quran.
The book compiled by Mufti Syed Asifuddin is the fastest moving item on the shelves this season. Since Quran is revealed in the month of Ramzan and Muslims read and ponder over it a great deal, Asifuddin has come up with the all-in-one book to help understand the scriptures in a better way. The book lists out 1,000 words of the Quran which are repeated 28,757 times.
This figure also includes the names and meanings of Allah and the 114 Quranic chapters. For greater clarity and understanding, their meaning is mentioned both in Urdu and English languages. It’s a unique lexicon of the Quran which helps in understanding the divine message.
“I felt the need for such a book during the course of teaching Arabic language. When one knows the meaning of the oft-repeated words then it becomes very easy to understand the Quran,” says Asifuddin, who has been teaching Arabic for the last 15 years.
The 1,000 words selected in alphabetical order are such that each word is repeated at least three times in the Quran. If one reads and understands one word every day then within a month all the 1,000 words can be memorised.
