Hyderabad: As there are a slew of new films coming this Sankranthi, not just a particular film but the entire cinema should win at the box office, said Icon Star Allu Arjun.
Speaking on the sidelines after formally unveiling the date night song from the upcoming movie ‘Rowdy Boys’, the ‘Pushpa’ star heaped praises on the young actor Ashish who is playing the protagonist in the youthful college entertainer.
“I know actor Ashish from the time he used to visit the sets of ‘Arya’. Good to see him grow as an actor, I wish you success. Coming to the makers Dil Raju and Allu Sirish, I am nobody without Dil Raju who bankrolled my film ‘Arya’, the film that changed my acting career. He is a crucial person in my life,” he said, adding that all the films in December put good strength to impress audiences and wished the movies coming in January too will fare well.
Dil Raju said he is optimistic about the film, which will attract youngsters and college-going students. “We have already five movies coming from our production company this Sankranthi. ‘Rowdy Boys’ as the sixth one will definitely score success,” he added.
