Amara Raja Group announces third edition of ‘Better Way Awards’ for rural entrepreneurs

The Amara Raja Group launched the third edition of its ‘Better Way Awards’ to honour rural entrepreneurs and innovators. The awards feature three categories with Rs 3 lakh each, and applications are open until November 20 on the company website

Hyderabad: The Amara Raja Group has announced the unveiling of the third edition of ‘The Amara Raja Better Way Awards’ which acknowledge and nurtures exceptional individuals and entities who have made a remarkable difference to rural communities with innovative entrepreneurship.

Crafted to specifically support individuals and entities from rural areas across the nation, ‘The Amara Raja Better Way Awards’ resonate with the Group’s purpose of ‘providing better access to better opportunities to more and more people’, a press release said.


The three categories with Rs 3 lakh each prize money are Amara Raja Better Way Award for Women Employment, Amara Raja Better Way Award for Rural Income Generation and Amara Raja Better Way Award for Best Agri-Based Business.

Application form is available on the group’s website https://www.amararaja.com/better-way-awards/ and the deadline for submissions is set for November 20.

A panel of experts will assess the entities based on their social and community impact, as well as their contribution to local employment opportunities.
