Hyderabad: The ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who was in Italy for the Venice Film Festival, got a surprise encounter with a die-hard fan who wore his Mysterio costume to say hello to the star.
The 40-year-old actor shared a couple of pictures with the caption: “Ran into an old friend in Venezia.” In the first picture, he was looking at his fan from a bridge that was off the camera.
In the second image, you can see exactly what he was looking at – a man dressed up as Mysterio, his character from ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’. The actor was behind his fan looking into the water and slowly started noticing him. The picture looks hilarious.
On the work front, the actor would be seen in ‘The Guilty’, which would release on September 11, and he would also be seen in ‘Ambulance’ which is expected to release by February 18 next year.
