Ambedkar Jayanti: Traffic restrictions in Hyderabad on Wednesday

Traffic coming from Upper Tank Bund will not be allowed towards Liberty and will be diverted towards the Telugu Talli flyover at Ambedkar statue

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad City Police have issued a traffic advisory in view of the birthday celebrations of Dr B R Ambedkar on Wednesday in the city. The traffic diversions will be imposed on the following stretches from 6 am onwards depending on the local situation.

Traffic coming from Upper Tank Bund will not be allowed towards Liberty and will be diverted towards the Telugu Talli flyover at Ambedkar statue. Traffic coming from Liberty junction towards Ambedkar statue will be diverted towards Basheerbagh while the traffic coming from Basheerbagh to Ambedkar statue will be diverted towards Himayatnagar at Liberty.

Traffic coming from Telugu Talli flyover to Ambedkar statue towards Liberty will be diverted towards Upper Tankbund at Ambedkar statue. Traffic coming from Katamaisamma slip road will be diverted towards Telugu Talli flyover.

RTC buses coming from Nirankari Bhavan, old PS Saifabad will be diverted at Iqbal Minar towards Ravindar Bharathi, PCR Basheerbagh. RTC buses coming from Children’s Park towards Ambedkar statue to got towards Liberty , Basheerbagh will be diverted at Ambedkar statue towards Telugu Talli flyover.
