Amberpet Sewage Treatment Plant set to be inaugurated soon

Hyderabad: The works related to the construction of a 212.6 MLD capacity Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) at Amberpet are almost completed, and the much-awaited project is getting ready for commissioning, HMWS&SB managing director K Ashok Reddy, who visited the facility on Monday, said.
The Water Board MD, who inspected the works related to Amberpet STP along with GHMC commissioner, R V Karnan, said that the much-awaited project will be commissioned in the next few days.
On the occasion, he directed the officials to complete all pending works, including beautification, laying-up of internal roads and other pending minor civil works, pertaining to the STP on war footing.
