Anchor Gayatri questions section of media for misleading thumbnail on social media

Gayatri gave an interview to iDream Media, hosted by journalist Swapna, which allegedly spread misleading thumbnail creating controversy

Hyderabad: Anchor Gayatri Bhargavi objected to what she termed as misleading, defamatory and false information being spread about her husband on YouTube.

Taking to X, Gayatri said she gave an interview to iDream Media, hosted by journalist Swapna. In the interview, she shared her personal and sensitive information regarding the incident about her husband’s work as an Army officer.

However, the media channel telecast the interview with a very misleading thumbnail ”Aayana manchulo kurukupoyi, aakade chanipoyaru, Body ni mukkalu chesi Chinna dabbalo intiki pampincharu”……”rathrullu nidra pattedhi kaadhu”, which translates to, ”he died and was cut into pieces and sent home in a small box, and I couldn’t sleep at nights.”

This was false, misleading information given in Thumbnail, where Gayatri’s husband Vikram is alive and healthy. As she raised the question about thumbnails for promoting a video in a wrong way, it created a controversy.

She slammed iDream media and questioned a section of the media for using inappropriate thumbnails to attract views on YouTube.
