Amaravati: Former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party national president N. Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that the State government meted out injustice to the government employees by withdrawing concessions given to them by the previous TDP government.

Talking to media persons here on Monday evening, he recalled that his government in the past had given a 43 per cent fitment, and alleged that the government adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy was threatening the employees.

“No State has cut wages in the name of coronavirus disease. The employees should be granted their demands. The government should stop power cuts and reduce power tariff. It should pay the dues to the DISCOMs,” he demanded.

The TDP president also took exception to mortgage of lands in the capital when the High Court verdict was reserved. He demanded Rs.25 lakh as compensation to the persons who died recently after consuming spurious liquor.
