Amaravati: The Andhra Pradesh government has extended the night curfew by another week, the decision coming in the wake of the ongoing curfew slated to end on Wednesday.
Curfew will continue to be imposed from 10 p.m. to 6 p.m. all over the State, observing the Covid-19 protocols strictly.
Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy who reviewed the Covid prevention and vaccination programmes here on Tuesday, asked the officials to be fully equipped to face the third wave. He also directed them to expedite works of the proposed pediatric super care hospitals in Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.
