Andhra Senior Women enter BCCI one-day quarter-finals

The Andhra Senior Women’s cricket team qualified for the quarter-finals of the BCCI Senior Women’s one-day tournament after topping Group D with four wins. Andhra will face Rajasthan in the quarter-final at Chandigarh on February 23.

Hyderabad: The Andhra Senior Women’s cricket team has qualified for the quarter-finals of the BCCI Senior Women’s one-day tournament after a hard-fought victory over Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) at Guwahati.

Topping Group D, the team secured their spot by winning 4 out of their group stage matches against tough opponents including Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Jharkhand, J&K, and Gujarat.
Andhra will play Quarter finals against Rajasthan at Chandigarh on 23rd February.


Under the successful captaincy of Anjali Sarvani, the team demonstrated exceptional skill and determination. The Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) has played a pivotal role in nurturing and supporting the squad to reach this level, providing crucial backing throughout the campaign.This year marks a historic milestone for Andhra cricket, with teams across all age groups qualifying for the knockouts

A testament to the ACA’s consistent development efforts.The quarter-final clash promises thrilling action as Andhra continues their strong run.
