Hyderabad: Governor of Andhra Pradesh, Biswabhusan Harichandan, aged 88 years, got admitted to AIG Hospitals, Gachibowli at around 1 pm on Wednesday, hospital officials said. He had tested positive for Covid on Monday.

Biswabhusan Harichandan has been evaluated by a multidisciplinary team and his condition is clinically stable with normal oxygen saturation at room air. Based on CT findings and previous history of comorbidities, he has been diagnosed with moderate Covid disease. He is being closely monitored by a team of experts, the hospital said in a health bulletin.
