AP weightlifters win overall silver in Khelo India Youth Games
Andhra Pradesh clinches nine medals, including one gold, six silver and two bronze

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh finished overall runner-up to clinch silver in weightlifting of the Khelo India Youth Games in Rajgir (Bihar) with an impressive haul of nine medals, including one gold, six silver and two bronze.
AP Weightlifting Association secretary T Deensha Babu and the Manager Udai Kiran, along with coaches M Ramesh Babu and K Swamy, congratulated the team.
The list of medallists: Men: Silver – A. Prudhvi (55 kg), M. Tarun (81kg), Ch. Venkatesh (89 kg)
Women: Gold – G Varshitha (64 kg).
Silver – Ch. Juhita Guna (71 kg), KNR Lakshmi (81 kg & above), K.=Tarangani (59 kg).
Bronze – K. Hemasri (55 kg), A. Revathi (81 kg).
