Kothagudem: The State level Assistant Public Prosecutors (APP) model screening test conducted by the District Bar Association here on Sunday, received a good response from the aspirants.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Sunil Dutt, Additional Senior Civil Judge G Srinivas, High Court Public Prosecutor (PP) C Pratap Reddy and Bar Association president Lakkineni Satyanarayana released the model test question paper.
Later addressing the candidates, the SP said the model test would help them to utilise the concept of time while appearing for the examination and they should be able to connect police and judiciary system after they got selected as the APPs.
Senior Civil Judge Srinivas said the response to examination was good and candidates have to work hard and pass the main examination to be held by TSLPRB while PP Pratap Reddy said the candidates would be able to increase their knowledge of the exam by attending model tests.
Satyanarayana said as many as 117 candidates from all over the State were in attendance for the test held at the district courts complex. He informed that the Bar Association organised junior civil judges examination in the past and similar activities would be in the future.
Velpula Sudhakar, Dasari Karthik and Kanneganti Radha who secured the top three places respectively in the test were presented mementoes. The Association vice president Thota Malleshwara Rao, treasurer Sadiq Pasha, Library Secretary Karunakar, Women’s Representative Nallamala Pratibha, Monitoring Committee Member Mendu Rajamallu and others were present.
