Visakhapatnam: Andhra Pradesh State FiberNet Ltd (APSFL) has launched new triple play packages in view of increased internet usage due to work from home, online classes, etc.

The packages come in the form of Rs.449 and Rs.599 inclusive of GST with internet speeds up to 30 Mbps and 50 Mbps respectively.

It has also launched add-on data packages.

APSFL has been providing triple play services–Internet, TV and telephone to households in the state and is addressing the challenge of low internet penetration in rural areas by innovatively bundling internet along with TV services. The customers can access the internet directly through TV even through CRT monitors with the help of android IPTV and GPON boxes installed at each household.

It has already provided connectivity to around ten lakh subscribers and has so far covered over 660 mandals and 6300 villages in the state.
