Four passengers were seriously injured and 15 sustained minor injuries after an APSRTC bus travelling from Hyderabad to Anantapur veered off National Highway 44 and plunged into a roadside ditch in Jogulamba Gadwal district

Jogulamba Gadwal: Four persons suffered serious injuries and 15 others escaped with minor injuries when an APSRTC bus lost control and plunged into a roadside ditch at Itikyalapadu on National Highway 44 here in the early hours of Thursday.
The injured were shifted to Kurnool Government General Hospital, and the condition of three passengers was stated to be critical.
The bus (AP39Z0557) was heading to Ananthapur from Hyderabad with 30 passengers on board. In the early hours, the bus went out of control and fell into the roadside ditch, according to reports.
The injured were identified as Subbarayudu, Aruna, Mohan Reddy, Rameshwaramma, Ranganna, Shiva, Viresh, Ghouse and Sneha Latha. These passengers suffered fractures and multiple abrasions.
