Hyderabad: Aries Agro Limited distributed high-quality battery-operated electronic prosthetic hands to 70 persons with disabilities from underprivileged communities across Telangana. The initiative was undertaken as part of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme in partnership with Inali Foundation.

The distribution camp was organised at Mahbub College, SD Road, Secunderabad, on Tuesday and a team of expert prosthetists from Inali Foundation conducted detailed measurements and custom-fitted the electronic prosthetic hands to meet the specific needs of each beneficiary.

The primary objective of the initiative was to restore confidence, dignity, and independence among individuals who have lost their hands. Designed with modern technology, these advanced battery-powered prosthetic hands are expected to significantly improve the daily lives and functional capabilities of the recipients.

Rahul Mirchandani, CMD of Aries Agro Limited, said, “Empowering persons with disabilities and enabling them to lead self-reliant lives is central to our vision of creating meaningful social impact.”
