Army subedar murdered in Medak, wife and brothers accused

Army Subedar Ponnam Kumar Goud (45) was murdered at his Medak residence. Police allege his wife and relatives beat him to death. The body was shifted for post-mortem; investigation continues

Sangareddy: A military subedar was found murdered at his residence in Military Colony, Medak town, on Sunday.

The deceased, Subedar Ponnam Kumar Goud (45) of Ryalamadugu near Medak, was currently posted in Uttarakhand and had come to his native place on leave.

According to reports, Kumar Goud had differences with his wife. He was allegedly beaten to death by his wife, brothers, and other relatives on Sunday.

The body was shifted to the government hospital in Medak for post-mortem. The Medak town police registered a case and said the probe was underway.
