Army to begin Unit Headquarters Quota Recruitment Rally (Agniveer) on August 1 at 1EME Centre, Secunderabad
Army recruitment rally at 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad from August 1 for sons/brothers of servicemen, ex-servicemen, and Agniveer candidates. Rally includes General Duty, Technical, Tradesmen, and Outstanding Sportsmen categories. Report at 6 am to join
Hyderabad: Army recruitment rally under the Unit Headquarter Quota (UHQ) will be held at 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad on August 1 onwards for sons of War Widows/Widows/Ex-Servicemen/Servicemen and own Brother of servicemen/Ex-Servicemen and Agniveer for Agniveer (GD), Agniveer Technical, and Agniveer Tdn 10th Edn Std Category (Chef) & Open Category for Outstanding Sportsmen in the fields of swimming and diving and volleyball only.
The age limit for all the categories is 17 ½ to 21 years (Not born before 01 Oct 2004, Not born after 01 Apr 2008). Educational qualification for Agniveer General Duty is Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
All eligible candidates are required to report at Milkha Singh Stadium, 1 Training Battalion, 1 EME Centre, Secunderabad at 6 am on August 1 to participate in the rally.
