Artillery Centre Hyderabad attests 2,436 Agniveers of Batch 8/26

The Artillery Centre in Hyderabad conducted the Attestation Parade for 2,436 Agniveers of Batch 8/26, marking their formal induction into the Armed Forces. The ceremony highlighted military discipline, precision, and the successful completion of months of intensive training.

Hyderabad: To mark the culmination of months of rigorous training, Artillery Centre, Hyderabad, here on Saturday, held the Attestation Parade for 2,436 Agniveers of Batch 8/26. The event symbolised a transformative journey for the trainees as they officially joined the ranks of the Armed Forces.

Held at the Palani Parade Ground, the attestation parade was attended by Brigadier Rahul Machhral, Commandant & CEI, Artillery Centre, Hyderabad. The event showcased immaculate drills, a demonstration of discipline and precision that stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment of the Agniveers.


Brigadier Machhral commended Agniveers for their dedication and resilience, emphasising the pivotal role they will play in safeguarding national security and upholding the values of the Armed Forces. He also complimented the instructors and training staff, acknowledging their hard work and professionalism in moulding young men into trained soldiers.

The ceremony not only signified the official induction of new soldiers but also reflected continued commitment to excellence in military training at Artillery Centre Hyderabad.
