Superintendent of Police Srinivas Rao extending financial assistance to Shirisha in Asifabad
Kumram Bheem Asifabad: Police extended a financial aid of Rs 25,000 to Manepalli Shirisha, a tribal student from Rebbana mandal who was facing problems in pursuing medicine. Superintendent of Police DV Srinivas Rao handed over the aid to the student here on Tuesday.
Rao congratulated Shirisha for securing a rank in NEET-2024 and getting an opportunity to pursue the medicine course. He advised her to excel in academics and to bring recognition to her parents and the community.
He was all praise for Sub-Inspector P Rama Rao, his NRI friend Durgam Raj Kumar, Lokesh and Thudum Debba state president B Pochaiah for coming to the rescue of the student by raising the funds.
Rama Rao, Pochaiah and Kolavar association national president Sunke Krishnaiah were present.
