Asifabad: Video of common wild dogs goes viral, assuming them as rare species

Kumram Bheem Asifabad: A pack of wild dogs was sighted in the forests of Penchikalpet range on Thursday. However, social media users shared a video clip of the dogs on social media platforms assuming they were rare dogs on Friday.

Penchikalpet forest range officer M Anil Kumar said that a pack of wild dogs was sighted while quenching their thirst in a percolation tank in the forests. He clarified that the dogs were not rare species and common ones. He advised the users to verify facts before sharing videos and photographs of wildlife on social media platforms.
