Auto driver killed in road accident in Hyderabad

A case had been registered against the SUV driver and efforts were on to nab him

Hyderabad: A 30-year-old man died in an accident at Rajendranagar on Saturday night.

According to the police, Syed Rawoof (30), an autorickshaw driver, was going in his vehicle on the Chintalmet road under the Rajendranagar police station limits when a SUV hit the vehicle from behind. “Rawoof was rushed to Osmania General Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment,” the police said, adding that the body was handed over to the family after autopsy.
