Hyderabad: An auto rickshaw driver died in a road accident at Narayanguda on Sunday. According to the police, Abdul Raheem (27) of Hafeezbaba Nagar, was driving his vehicle from Secunderabad towards Chilkalguda when a speeding motorist on a KTM bike rammed into the auto rickshaw.
“The driver fell from the vehicle when it overturned and sustained serious head injuries. He was shifted to hospital where he died while undergoing treatment,” Narayanguda police said.
A case has been booked and investigation ongoing. The police shifted the body for autopsy and later handed over to the family members.
