Auto-rickshaw driver murdered at wedding function in Warangal
According to sources, the victim, Raj Kumar, who attended a marriage function on Saturday night, entered into a fight with one Yata Praveen alias DJ Laddu
Warangal Urban: An auto-rickshaw driver was stabbed to death at Nizampura locality under Intezarganj police station limits in Warangal city in the early hours of Monday. The deceased was identified as Resamalla Raj Kumar (28) of Kashibugga locality.
According to sources, Raj Kumar, who attended a marriage function on Saturday night, entered into a fight with one Yata Praveen alias DJ Laddu. Subsequently, Praveen allegedly attacked Raj Kumar along with two others and stabbed him to death. Though friends shifted the severely injured Raj Kumar to MGMH soon after the attack, the doctors declared him brought dead. Raj Kumar is survived wife and two children.
While the Intezarganj Inspector G Venkateshwarlu registered a case, ACP, Warangal, K Giri Kumar is investigating the case since the victim belonged to Dalit community.
