Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s wicketkeeper batter Avanish Rao scored a scintillating 100 off 82 balls in the team’s 42-run win over Nagaland in the Round 1 of the Vijay Hazare Trophy at Ahmedabad on Saturday.

Opting to bat first, Hyderabad posted 276 in 48.1 overs, with Avinash leading the attack which featured 14 boundaries and one six.
