AVIS: Empowering students for a bright future
Chief guest Lakshmi Kota appreciated the management for the unique opportunity given to the students during the pandemic.
Akshara Vaagdevi International School in collaboration with Pallavi Model School organised Student Empowerment Day for the students of grades I to VIII from January 21 to 23. Lakshmi Kota, Ashok Muttavarapu and Dr. Tina Fernandes were the guests at the event.
The guests motivated and shared their valuable message with the students. Chief guest Lakshmi Kota appreciated the management for the unique opportunity given to the students during the pandemic.
Ashok Muttavarapu in his message urged students to have faith and trust in teachers to respect and obey them. Dr. Tina Fernandes, a psychologist and a motivational speaker addressed the gathering and encouraged the students with her motivational and inspiring words.
Parents were invited as the judges to evaluate the performance of students from each class. Students adorned the role of the teachers with great zeal and gave presentations using innovative techniques of teaching.
It was a good learning experience for students as they exhibited their innate talents and enhanced 21st-century skills of learning as per the new NEP 2020, the school said.
