Raising serious objections against the RTC officials conducting drunk driving tests for drivers who were performing the deeksha, the Ayyappa Swamy Bhaktha mandali staged protests and raised slogans against the RTC management

Mahabubabad: The Ayyappa Swamy Bhaktha Mandali staged a protest in front of the Thorrur bus depot condemning drunk driving tests on RTC drivers who were performing Ayyappa Deeksha.

Officials conducted such tests on Nagaraju, an RTC driver who was performing Ayyappa deeksha.

As people started gathering at the depot and the issue escalated, the RTC depot manager tendered apologies to the Bhaktha Mandali members.
