Balapur police arrest three for murder of vehicle recovery agent
Balapur police arrested three persons for allegedly murdering vehicle recovery agent Adit Panday alias Bajrang in Osmannagar. Police said the accused killed him following disputes linked to vehicle recovery operations and business rivalry in the area
Hyderabad: The Balapur police arrested three persons for allegedly killing a vehicle recovery agent at Osmannagar on Saturday night.
The arrested persons are Syed Iftheqar alias Munna, Mohammed Sahil and Abdullah Bin Amer.
According to the police, the victim, Adit Panday alias Bajrang, worked along with Syed Iftheqar as a vehicle recovery agent and stayed with him.
However, in the last few months, Bajrang started working independently and operating in the area where Iftheqar was also operating.
Differences arose between Munna and Bajrang over the issue, and they failed to reach any solution to the dispute. Angered over it, Munna, along with his associates, allegedly planned to kill Bajrang. “On Saturday night, Munna, Sahil and Abdullah invited Bajrang to Osmannagar and killed him by hitting him with an iron rod and throwing granite stones on him,” said ACP Adibatla DV Pradeep Kumar.
