Bank of Baroda to organise health camps & plantation drives for sanitation workers

The special campaign by BOB is aimed to promote cleanliness with special emphasis on transforming difficult and dirty spots, a press release said.

Hyderabad: As a part of the nationwide ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ 2024 campaign with theme “Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskar Swachhata” initiative, the Bank of Baroda (BOB) is organising a series of plantation drives, walkathons, health and welfare camps for safai mitras, recognising their invaluable contributions at its offices and branches across the country.

The special campaign by BOB is aimed to promote cleanliness with special emphasis on transforming difficult and dirty spots, a press release said. As part of Bank’s commitment towards “Sampoorna Swachhata through Shramdaan”, it is arranging “Safai Mitra Suraksha Shivir” for single window health and welfare camps for preventive health care pan India.


Recently, the BOB organised a free health check-up camp for sanitation workers at its Corporate Office in Mumbai in which Debadatta Chand, MD, and CEO of BOB, EDs, Lal Singh and Beena Vaheed, Chief Vigilance Officer, Surendra Kumar Dixit and other senior executives and staff members were present.
