Nirmal: The ancient Sri Gnana Saraswathi Devi temple at Basar recorded an income of Rs 81.69 lakh over 89 days. The hundial counting was carried out at the temple on Tuesday.

In a statement, temple Executive Officer K Anjana Devi said the shrine received Rs 81,69,099 in donations, along with 91.5 grams of mixed gold, 3.5 kilograms of silver ornaments, and 79 foreign currency notes.


Assistant Executive Officer Sudarshan Goud, Telangana Grameena Bank staff, home guards, and members of Rajanna Seva Samithi from Rajanna-Sircilla district and Narasimha Seva Samithi from Secunderabad participated in the counting.
